We offer standard shipping via Canada Post for all orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before completing the order.  Depending on your location, you may incur additional duties and/or taxes. Aid is not responsible for any additional amount owed upon delivery of your items.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your package's journey using the provided tracking number.

Returns Policy:

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you no longer want your item, please sell or gift it to someone in need of a little aid.
